FAQ’s
What file format should I send?
WAV or AIFF, 24-bit minimum (32-bit float is fine). For mixing, send individual stems — one track per instrument or group, all starting at the same point in the timeline.
How long does it take?
Standard turnaround is 48 hours from brief confirmation. Rush delivery (24h) is available on request — mention it in your brief and we’ll let you know if the slot is open.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Every package includes one revision round. Tell us what you want changed — as specifically as you can — and we’ll turn it around quickly. Additional revisions are charged at an hourly rate.
Do you work in any genre?
Yes. The engineers at Hidden Gem have worked across hip-hop, electronic, jazz, pop, and acoustic music. If your brief is specific, our approach will be too.
